- Pallet Racking

Our heavy duty industrial pallet racking systems are ideal for the storage of pallets in your warehouse. Our industrial racking is useful for a wide variety of warehouse, factory and distribution environments. These pallet shelves are designed for easy access to the face of the rack with a forklift truck or pallet lifter.

Pallet racking is supplied with fully-assembled end frames with steel levelling plates and floor fixings, making it a heavy-duty racking system. It’s available in a wide range of standard-sized frames, beams and accessories, with mesh or timber decking options to suit variable size loads. The pallet shelf beams are available in a variety of lengths to suit either Euro or UK standard sized pallets. We also sell a range of pallet live racking for moving pallets and containers around.

- Vertical Racking

Vertical Racking is commonly used for storing lightweight timber, pipe & Steel products, ideal for retail environments.

Our systems are available in 4 standard sizes 1.5m, 2.8m, 3.6m and 4.2m with a loading of 1,000kg per linear metre.

These systems are designed for vertical storage, enabling more efficient use of floor space.

Each Vertical Rack comes with infinitely adjustable bolt on dividers

Our vertical racking is painted black and orange as standard but can be any colour on request. We also supply our vertical racking fully galvanised for outdoor use.

Please contact us for further details.

- Cantilever Racking

Cantilever Racking is commonly used for storing long products such as timber and steel. Our cantilever racking is also ideal for the vehicle salvage industry.

Cantilever racking enables your products to be stored over various levels which enables easier product selection and reduces the need to stack products on top of each other. The design of the cantilever rack ensures clear access for loading and unloading by fork lift truck or Side loader.

Our standard system can be up to 10m high and with a max loading of 2,000kg (UDL) per arm.

Our cantilever arms are bolted to the upright and are adjustable to 76mm, 100mm and 152mm vertical pitch. The columns are punched both sides for easy conversion to double sided.

Our cantilever racking is painted black and orange as standard but can be any colour on request. We also supply our cantilever racking fully galvanised for outdoor use.

Anti-Collapse Mesh

Our anti-collapse system is the strongest on the market and is a durable barrier against accidents caused by goods falling from or being mistakenly knocked off pallet racks. Our anti-collapse is made from fully welded mesh and steel frames, which absorb impacts with an energy of up to 2500 joules. This is equivalent to a pendulum of 160 kg travelling at 20 km/h. The panels are available in three models with different levels of protection. Anti-collapse panels are easy to mount using our sturdy brackets that fit the majority of pallet racks.

Health & Safety Repairs & Replacements

We carry out repairs to all racking systems, whether it be a damaged pallet racking frame or beam, damaged cantilever racking arm or bracing. All health and safety repairs undertaken.

Health & Safety Site Checks

Adopting best practices in the warehouse / yards is essential for the safety of employees and maintaining legal compliance. It also leads to the smooth running of the warehouses / yards and ultimately improves business.

It is worth noting that during an inspection, particular attention is paid to beams, uprights, frame bracing, floor fixings and lock in clips.

General observations are also made of the following:

  • Pallet locations on beams.
  • Conditions and types of pallets
  • Positioning of loads and types of loads stored on pallets.
  • General forklift operatives use of the racking.
  • Condition and type of floor the racking is fixed on
  • General housekeeping of the installation.
  • Possible changes from the original design requirements.

Inspections are carried out from ground level with the visual examination of exterior and other reasonably accessible racking components. If any damaged racking is identified which requires immediate attention, the site contact will be informed of the racking component and its position in the installation.

On-Site Welding

We carry out various welding procedures to handrailing, corner protection and modification of pallet racking beams and frame heights.

Balustrade / Hand Rails / Safety Gates

A balustrade is a row of repeating balusters – small posts that support the upper rail of a railing. Staircases and porches often have balustrades.

In all warehouses and factory environments, mezzanine pallet safety gates play a central role in the improvement of safety standards.

When unloading and loading goods, pallet safety gates prevent personnel from falling from an exposed edge.

They are proven to diminish the likelihood of injury occurring in the workplace and this makes them an industry essential.

Timber Trolleys

This type of industrial trailer is ideal for moving timber, steel, tube, bar, pipe.
